Shipping Policy

Delivery Information

  • Free Shipping on orders over R1500
  • All orders not paid for within 24 hours will be cancelled.
  • All goods will only be shipped on receipt of money reflecting in bank
  • No orders will be shipped on Public Holidays or Weekends
  • Delivery of goods is done nationwide

Overnight (Major City Centres)  door to door courier. Please place and finalise any orders before 09:30am to be eligible for overnight courier. Any orders placed after will be collected next business day and be delivered following business day: R120

Outlying Areas (2-3 Business Days) – Upon the checkout process, where you stay will automatically be calculated whether you fit in this criteria and just exactly how much it will cost you for shipping. The delivery process could take longer as you know here in South Africa the unexpected can happen. However, you can be assured that we will work around the clock ensuring your order arrives at your doorstep in no time.

Local Same Day Delivery R105Please place and finalize any orders before 09:30am to be eligible for same day delivery. Deliveries will be done late afternoon usually between 14:00-17:00. We do not guarantee same day delivery will be delivered but will try our utmost to make sure it will happen. If delivery is not made same day it will be delivered the next morning.

CollectionYou may collect all orders that are placed and paid online in-store. We are located in Strand, opposite Greenways Estate. 50 Lower Gordon’s Bay Road

You may track your order on The Courier Guy website.

Tracking Number will be provided via email once order has been shipped. Please allow a few hours for tracking number to update on their system.

In Store Collection

Once order is placed on the online store, you can select the instore collection option from which you will need to bring along the following documentations for instore collection:

  • Invoice of Items purchased
  • Proof of payment
  • ID card/booklet

This will help speed up the process so you can receive your item/s all in good order.
